Exceptionally comfortable, neat hotel with customer-focused and delightfully helpful personnel who provided such a great customer service. The location was UNBEATABLE and the breakfast was savoury. Brand-new, good-sized room with perfect cleanliness and an extra sofa bed, as for instance!

Location - decent, next to center as well as the biggest mall in beirut City Centre mall 15 minutes by car to mount Liban. The rooms with modern features, good WiFi, perfect cleanliness.

Great service and comfortable rooms

During my recent stay at Lancaster Tamar Hotel, I was impressed with the level of service and the comfort of the rooms. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern features, such as USB ports for charging and an international electricity wall socket. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet and the dinner options were satisfying. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as slow internet and noise on certain floors, these did not greatly impact my overall experience. I would definitely recommend Lancaster Tamar Hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

The staff was helpful and polite and the location was central for me

The hotel advised us to take the hotel taxi to the airport for the fixed rate of 25 $ but having done so, the driver charged 50 $ for a trip of 15 minutes. I think that the reception desk should be aware of this.

I have just returned from an amazing stay in this hip new hotel, nicely furnished rooms. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with good WiFi and an extra sofa bed, for example and care about everyone. The services are good, including a well-maintained pool. Besides, parking is onsite.
